Hi, I'm Kara,
and welcome to my home bakery, P4 Patisserie.

I've been a baker for over 10 years in the heart of Halifax's North End. While I find the science and art of pastry captivating I found myself needing an outlet to express my creativity, outside of my day job. So, in the autumn of 2017, P4 was born,
With P4, I strive to provide simple yet stunning sweets, balancing fun with elegance. I started P4 as a made to order bakery. I have since expanded to include vendoring at local markets. My business is continuing to grow and I have a vision to open my own storefront someday.
P4 At The Market
As of 2026, I am a full-time vendor at the Alderney Landing Farmers' Market. At my table, you'll find a selection of P4's signature cookies, including macarons and meringue kisses with rotating flavours, and sugar cookies and whipped shortbreads with seasonal decoration.
The Alderney Landing Farmers Market runs every Saturday from
8am-1pm.
Located at 2 Ochterloney Street, Darmouth, by the Alderney ferry terminal
